Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Operator is designed to be assessed across a full 30-day protocol. If it isn't right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Email support@operatorstate.io with your order number and we'll take it from there. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of the delivery date. Items may be opened and partially used — this guarantee exists so you can genuinely trial the protocol.

Please contact support@operatorstate.io for return instructions before sending anything back. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, or your refund request is approved, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact support@operatorstate.io.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, so we can put it right. In these cases we cover return postage and will replace or refund the item.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled at any time from your account, or by emailing support@operatorstate.io. Cancellation takes effect from your next scheduled order; orders already processed are covered by the refund terms above.

Exceptions

Gift cards are non-refundable. We reserve the right to decline a refund where an order has been placed fraudulently or the guarantee is being used abusively.

Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
