These Terms & Conditions govern your use of OperatorState.io and any purchase made through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. The website

We may update, change or withdraw any part of this website at any time without notice. We take reasonable care to ensure information on the site is accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where the product is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown before you complete your order. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

4. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule shown at checkout, at the price shown, until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@operatorstate.io. Cancellation takes effect from your next scheduled order. We will give reasonable notice of any change to your subscription price.

5. Delivery

We will deliver to the address you provide. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and sets out our 30-day money-back guarantee and your statutory cancellation rights.

7. Product information and health disclaimer

Operator products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
